How we pack
Floor rugs are rolled face-in around a tube, wrapped in paper and a waterproof sleeve. Wall pieces with a fixed shape travel flat in a made-to-size box. Every parcel is insured for the full value of the piece.
Where we ship
| Destination | Typical time | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Serbia | 2 to 4 working days | Shown at checkout |
| Europe | 5 to 10 working days | Shown at checkout |
| Rest of the world | On request | Quoted by email |
Times start when the piece leaves the studio. Ready pieces usually leave within a few working days of payment.
Custom and made-to-order pieces
Commissions and made-to-order objects ship once they are finished. We confirm the timeline with you before you pay, and send photos before it leaves.
Customs and duties
For orders outside Serbia, import duties and taxes are set by the destination country and are paid by the buyer on delivery. We fill in customs paperwork with the real value of the piece.
Returns
Ready-made pieces can be returned unused within 14 days of delivery. Tell us first, then send it back in its original packaging. Commissions and made-to-measure pieces are made just for you and cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged.
