About the pieces
Is every rug really one of a kind?
Yes. Each piece is designed and tufted by hand, and we don’t remake sold pieces. We can make something in the same spirit, with a different shape and palette.
A rug I love is sold. Can I still get it?
Not that exact one, but use the similar rug form on the contact page. Tell us which piece caught you, your size and colours, and we’ll send a sketch and a quote.
What is it made of?
Mostly natural Serbian wool, tufted into a cotton backing cloth and finished with a protective backing.
Can I put a wall piece on the floor, or the other way round?
Floor rugs can go on walls. Wall pieces often use long shag and loose fringe that won’t enjoy being walked on, so ask us first.
Orders and commissions
How long does a commission take?
It depends on size and detail. We give you a date with the quote, before you pay anything.
Do you work with interior designers and shops?
Yes. Pick “Stockists & trade” in the general inquiry form on the contact page.
Which currencies do you accept?
Prices are in Serbian dinars (RSD). Your card converts automatically at checkout.
Care
How do I clean it?
Vacuum gently without the beater bar, blot spills with cold water, and use a rug specialist for deep cleaning. Keep it out of strong direct sun to protect the colours.
Will it shed?
New wool sheds a little for the first few weeks. That is normal and stops on its own.
