Krugrug is an independent design studio from Serbia, creating handcrafted rugs, tapestries and objects with a strong focus on colour, texture and form.

Each piece is made by hand, primarily from natural Serbian wool, combining traditional material with a contemporary, playful approach to design. The process is deliberately slow and tactile – every object carries the marks of the hand that made it, making small imperfections part of its character.

Krugrug pieces are created as one-of-a-kind works or in limited quantities. From sculptural rugs and wall tapestries to furniture, leather accessories and experimental lighting, the studio moves freely between art, craft and functional design.

At the heart of Krugrug is a simple idea: objects we live with should have personality. They can be useful, beautifully made and still make us smile.
